The pilot shortage continues to impact both the General Aviation segment, as well as the airlines. To qualify to become an airline pilot, one must earn an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, requiring a pilot to build 1,500 hours of flight time. The question remains how does a pilot accumulate 1,500 hours, and most of all, build quality flight time not just hours? 

We at Beech Flyers have the solution. Our Flight Time Builders program was designed to help an airline bound pilot build quality flight time with airline prep & CRM procedures, at HALF THE COST. Each flight is conducted just like an airline operation with a full crew. The pilot gains cross country and instrument experience, while simultaneously building advanced airmanship skills. 

We train in the Beechcraft Bonanza and the multiengine Beech Travel Air. All of our aircraft are full IFR equipped with an HSI, Garmin GPS, and a 4 station intercom to maximize the training. During training the flying pilot logs all flight time PIC. 

In addition to time building, we offer the use of our FAA approved single and multiengine flight simulators to build instrument hours and procedures. Our training is recognized by several Part 135 operators, and can possibly open doors for a First Officer position at a charter or corporate flight department.
