Airlines use AQP to train their pilots, so why shouldn't we?
AQP takes the stress out of training and turns it into a more constructive environment. We use an AQP style syllabus for both initial and recurrent flight training, allowing students to train to proficiency.
All of our flight reviews and instrument proficiency checks are in compliance with Advisory Circular 61-65H. Once we've determined a student is proficient, and they've met all the required tasks within standards, we will sign them off for having completed their recurrent training event.
AQP is a more constructive and less stressful training environment. We believe by introducing students to AQP while training, they will have a more successful time training at the airlines, and will be more competent and safer pilots.
